Excellent service, fast delivery and a fantastic watch.

First Class Watches were great in helping me get the watch I wanted in time for an event. The lead time was longer than I wanted, but FCW went above and beyond to get the watch to me. Their prices are very competitive and I would seriously recommend due to their amazing customer service.

Thanks for the excellent service. I needed a watch relatively last minute for my wedding and ordered a Junghan's watch with about 10 days to spare. It arrived really quickly which meant I had time to realise I didn't like it(!) and to order another one (also Junghan's) with time to spare. This one was spot on. The photo is us after we'd packed up at the venue the following day.
Great range of watches and impeccable next day delivery. I'm already refunded for the first watch I sent back...

The watch I bought was the Junghans FORM C Chronoscope Calfskin Black Strap and it was spot on with my tux on the wedding day.

I bought the watch as an 80th birthday present for my partner. I chose the watch with advice from FCW and my partner was delighted with the choice. Delivery was secure and quick. I had to have the strap resized by a local watch and clock specialist at a very reasonable price. Instructions were easily downloaded. The only small problem is getting the date time setting to coordinate with the time and day change. Overall I am very happy with the Seiko watch and FCW's service.
