Excellent service by First Class Watches although I have returned my purchase of a Seiko 5 GMT sports watch watch, which I was a little disappointed with by way of feel, confusing visibility of dial and poorer quality than I expected. Also, although First Class resized the bracelet, they left no adjustment on the slide adjustment and so had I decided to keep the watch, I would have had to have removed links re fitted. Can’t understand why they would supply watch without any opportunity for simple size adjustment - they removed too many links. Overall however, First Class were excellent and so I would not hesitate to recommend them and purchase from them in future.
