I bought this for my wife whose old wind up watch had finally given up. Perfect for her needs, easy to read and the backlight (which I missed in the description) is a very useful feature. The leather strap is somewhat thicker than we expected but with a little flexing it soon started to soften.

Shipping was fast and it arrived well packed.

This Hamilton Khaki Field King had caught my eye a while ago as the design was different enough to make it stand out from the crowd. The 12 o'clock day/date complication is rarely seen in watches at this price point. With that, and the polished bezel, it's smart enough to be worn more formally but still makes a great day to day watch. Only one down point is that the strap, although good quality, is rather tough and is taking time to settle in. Not a major issue as I have various other straps to try on it if need be. I bought this using vouchers during the black Friday sale period and saved 20% on their list price. The service from FirstClass watches was excellent. Very quick and it was well packaged and using DPD as couriers I knew exactly when the watch was coming. Will def use them again.
