My word waited a long 'time' for Orient Bambino 38mm. Beyond expectations, First Class Watches good price, excellent first rate service. Repeat custom reassured and totally deserved.

Than all the team, a very happy customer.

Beautifully made quality watch. I’ve tested the accuracy and it has gained 4 secs in 24hrs, which is pretty good for an automatic watch. I love the glass back to see the gorgeous movement. The leather strap became very supple very quickly (about a day). It is the best watch I’ve owned and I’ve had some pretty expensive watches.

Fantastic company, great service and prompt delivery.
Thank you for making my purchase so easy and special.

I sent review, not published wonder why ?
The fact that the watch needed to be worn almost all the time otherwise it would stop. I will revert to a battery model in future. Very frustrating !!

Dear Mr Goldman,

I am very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your watch. We take customer service very seriously and always try to help resolve all issues.

I can confirm your first product review was published yesterday and you can find this on the product page for the watch in question. Please note there can sometimes be a small delay as our systems do check for spam/abuse before publishing. We would never deliberately not publish a review as we want our customers to be able to make informed decisions.

With regards to the watch itself, I'm afraid the power reserve when fully wound is up to 41 hours. This is something we list in our product specifications. To maintain winding status, the watch does need to be actively moved for around 3-4 hours per day. You can also manually wind the crown clockwise 40 or so times in order to fully wind the watch if you have not been wearing it or simply wish to top-up. While this does not offer the longevity of a battery watch, it does use a more traditional mechanical mechanism which is popular among watch enthusiasts. This is the same style of watch technology used by Swiss brands such as Rolex and others, but on a much more affordable scale.

If you wish to keep your watch topped up all the time, it is also possible to purchase a watch winding box. These rotate the watches automatically when not being worn.

My sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused,

Kind regards

Scott

I have to say that I am not happy with the watch. The fact that if I do not wear it for several hours it stops overnight. I regret buying an automatic watch. I will only use a battery model in future.
