I can’t tell you how happy we were with our purchase. We were going to buy the watch in Torquay while we were on holiday a week ago but we left it until the Sunday and the shop was closed. It was to be a present for my husband for our diamond wedding anniversary which was last Thursday. Local jewellers couldn’t get it in until next Friday. I looked online and found the very watch on your website and £80 cheaper. I ordered it on Tuesday and it arrived on Wednesday, perfect. It was delivered exactly on the time stated and beautifully packed. What more could we ask for. Thank you very much.

Beautiful watch but not what I ordered. I’m pretty sure I ordered the same watch with a different strap but the one I received was different!

I’m quite impressed. I received the watch quickly and received a number of dispatch updates. I’m quite confident that I’ll use FCW again. The watch itself is great - my only criticism is the lume is poor. Otherwise I’m happy.

Terrible. My order got delivered to the wrong place 2 times…
I will never order from this website again. Just find another website or store, these guys killed all my motivation for my new watch.
