Good price, super fast delivery and a great watch!

Excellent service and a very good watch. So far, delighted.

The watch was on backorder for over 4 months (the usual Casio supply fiasco with desirable new releases), and when it finally came back in stock there was an issue with my original payment method. I've no idea what that was but FCW let me know promptly, I rang them up with updated details and I had the watch on my wrist less than 24 hours after that phone call.
I can't fault the service on any way, the watch was exactly what I expected and at a good price and FCW got it to me as fast as they were able.
Overall, FCW did a to job and I'd have no hesitation about using them again.

This was an upgrade from my Garmin fenix 6x pro solar. I'm so glad that I chose this watch. I did think about the fenix 8, but for my needs this was perfect especiallyat half the price with only a few less specs. First class watches prices are great. From point of sale to an email making sure I was happy with my purchase. Great customer service with many payment options. Would definitely buy from First Class Watches again. Thank you FCW.
