First class service and delivery

All round excellent product and second to none service. I recently retired after 50 years in the jewellery trade so you could say I know what I'm talking about and I am still repairing watches and jewellery for the local jewellers. Many thanks to all concerned

I have been a royal pain in the a55 for these guys for the last 7 days due to my indecisiveness, however they dealt with my constant questions, and a few returns to boot until I finally found what i was happy with, in particular Rowland who was always quick to respond with my incessant impatience and questions.
To summarise FCW have been absolutely superb with my purchase, I will certainly come back and recommend highly to others who are in the market for a watch, everything they promised they did , you just don’t get this level of service anymore , thanks FCW, I will be back
